Patrick Mahomes’ wife, Brittany Mahomes, is giving fans an update on their 3-year-old daughter Sterling’s health after revealing the little girl was suffering from a stomach virus.
“Day four of sickness for my baby boo,” Brittany, 28, captioned a photo of her cuddling with a sleeping Sterling on her Instagram Story on Tuesday, May 7. “Some stomach virus that won’t get the heck out of here.”
Fortunately, Sterling was feeling more like herself a few hours after Brittany’s initial post — even wanting to go for a swim.
“Who says a dip in the pool can’t fix it,” Brittany shared alongside a photo holding Sterling in the pool. “Sis just randomly said she wanted to go swimming so we are feeling better.”
Brittany — who also shares 1-year-old son Bronze with the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback — frequently shares sweet family snaps via social media. In February, the whole family was on hand to watch Patrick, also 28, lead the Chiefs to the third Super Bowl victory since Patrick signed to the team in 2018.
“It means the world just — the whole family of Kansas City and Chiefs kingdom is special,” Patrick said after the game, as Brittany and their two children stood next to the NFL icon as he gave a speech. “Brittany’s a great wife with two great kids. I can’t ask for anything better than this. We’re Super Bowl champs.”
Patrick and Brittany, who are high school sweethearts, tied the knot in Hawaii in March 2022 with Sterling alongside them. The longtime couple welcomed son Bronze later that year.
