Paige Spiranac shows her Instagram followers how to ‘bump and run’

‘I Didn’t Want to Live Anymore’: Paige Spiranac Reveals Why She Once Broke Down

Paige Spiranac’s golf class is now in session.

Over the weekend, Spiranac dropped another installment of her “Quickies with Paige” series, in which the golfer-turned-influencer gives fans tips on how to improve their golf game. For Sunday’s lesson, the “bump and run.”

“One of the most useful shots you will ever learn!” Spiranac posted to Instagram. “Knowing how to hit a bump and run will save you so many shots on your rounds. Once you get the technique down, it’s all about club selection so practice, practice, practice!”

In the two-minute clip Spiranac shared with her 2.8 million followers, the 31-year-old demonstrated her moves step-by-step.

“The technique is pretty easy and simple to pick up,” Spiranac explained. “Two tips, you want to make sure you’re relaxed for the entire shot, and one common mistake I always see is people tend to lift up or pick their head up right after impact, and that’s where you’re going to get that thin shot.”

Spiranac also called the “bump and run” the “smartest shot you can use around the green,” advising golfers to “learn it, love it, use it.” Shortly after the video went live, fans sang Spiranac’s praises for the new clip.

“We def need more of these,” one fan commented.

“Quickies with Paige are the best,” another posted.

Last month, the “Playing A Round” podcast host also taught viewers how to “flop it like it’s hot” with the flop shot. In April, she also demonstrated a cleavage-friendly trick.
