Paige Spiranac has ‘speculation’ jokes after stunning Warriors fan goes viral

No, that wasn’t Paige Spiranac cheering on Steph Curry at the Warriors-Bucks game Wednesday night in the Bay.

Taking to X on Thursday, the golf influencer joked about a blonde woman who was pictured in the background of a now-viral photo that showed Curry doing a golf swing celebration on the court.

“There has been a lot of speculation surrounding this picture,” the 30-year-old Spiranac wrote. “That is not me in the back lol.”

In the photo, the woman, dressed in a low-cut black top, was standing up in her courtside seat and pumping her arm in the air after the Warriors star made a long three-pointer.

With 4:50 minutes left in the first quarter, Curry hit his fourth three of the game to extend Golden State’s lead to 26-19.

The four-time NBA champ shimmied his shoulders and set up his golf stance before he took a practice swing to the cheers of the home crowd at Chase Center.

Curry is known for playing plenty of golf and even won the American Century Championship celebrity golf event in Lake Tahoe last July.

At the time, Spiranac told Golf Digest that she wasn’t invited back to the ACC event — after playing in it the year prior — because she didn’t fulfill their social media standards in 2022.

Curry finished with 29 points, eight rebounds and five assists in the Warriors’ 125-90 win against the Bucks.
