Spiranac recently posted a video of how she spends her day as a content creator and her third time at Augusta. In the vlog, she shared some insights about the diet that she is following these days with her followers. She revealed that she practices intermittent fasting wherein she eats her first meal around 11 AM or 12 AM and then concludes her meals at around 6 PM or 7 PM.

She then continued to share that this diet works for her as it allows her to achieve her fitness goals, “I do like it and I’ve also been trying to up my protein because I have been trying to gain a little bit more muscle.” Spiranac also shared with her followers that she likes where her body is right now and she is enjoying being “curvier”.
Revealing why her new diet is working for her she shared that this diet allows her to maintain weight a bit more easily and allows her to have experiences. She then says that she could be leaner but “It’s just no way to live life… for me.” She said that she was at the Masters and how could she not have a peach ice cream sandwich and egg salad sandwich, and her current diet routine allowed her to do so.
Spiranac shared that she will want to try everything and enjoy herself because “life is short and I would rather be happier and have experiences than be 5-7 pounds leaner.”
