“She is very happy with him,” an insider told People. “Miley has changed a lot in the past couple of years. She seems more calm and harmonious,” they added.

As for the Lilly drummer who’s been romantically linked to Miley since 2021, the source dishes that he’s gotten the stamp of approval from her loved ones. “Everyone loves Maxx.
